Sales Executive – Electric Vehicle Business

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our electric vehicle business. The successful candidate will promote EVs to both individual and corporate customers, build lasting relationships, and consistently meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell electric vehicles to individual and corporate customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and explain EV features, benefits, and ownership advantages.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Automotive Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive or electric‑vehicle industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Good understanding of the automotive market and interest in EV technology.
• Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing relationships.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Rwandan citizenship and a valid driver’s licence.
