Sales Executive – Electric Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Sales Executive to join our electric vehicle business. The role focuses on promoting and selling EVs to both individual and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell electric vehicles to individual and corporate customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and explain EV features, benefits, and ownership advantages.
• Follow up leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive or electric‑vehicle industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Rwandan citizenship and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the automotive market and interest in electric‑vehicle technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
