Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Harlesc Corporation is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its Kigali team. This full‑time position combines on‑site presence with remote flexibility, focusing on B2B software and cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads across target markets.
• Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective and existing customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
• Support marketing campaigns, create promotional content, and represent the brand at events.
• Gather market feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and propose improvements to sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, sales management, and lead generation.
• Background in training customers or colleagues on product features.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles such as branding and campaign support.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kigali and collaborate remotely.
• Experience in B2B software or technology sales is a plus.
• Analytical, organized, and proficient with common office and CRM tools.
