Head of Sales – Real Estate & Construction Materials

About the role

Fortico is building a sales function from the ground up across its real estate, manufacturing and hospitality businesses. Reporting directly to the founding team, the Head of Sales will define the sales strategy, execute early‑stage activities and later scale a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the sales strategy for the group and its individual companies.
• Identify, design and launch appropriate sales channels for real estate projects and construction‑material products.
• Build and manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Implement and maintain a CRM system and related sales processes.
• Recruit, train and lead local sales talent, establishing structures and performance metrics.
• Set and be accountable for sales targets, reporting results to the founders.
• Collaborate on pricing, positioning and go‑to‑market decisions for new product introductions.

Required profile

• Several years of senior sales experience with a proven record of developing and executing sales strategies.
• Comfortable owning an entire sales function rather than just an individual quota.
• Experience building or restructuring a sales organization, preferably across multiple product lines.
• Background in real estate, construction materials or related sectors is a strong advantage.
