Field Sales & Marketing Agent

About the role

DomLift is seeking an energetic Field Sales & Marketing Agent to expand its property‑management platform across Rwanda. You will engage directly with landlords, property owners and real‑estate professionals, showcasing how the digital solution simplifies rent collection, tenant management and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking events and referrals.
• Deliver live product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
• Convert interested prospects into active users and paid subscribers.
• Support field marketing activities, promotional events and distribution of brand materials.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
• Provide onboarding assistance and basic training for new users.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress regularly.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or client relationship roles.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda and good command of English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications and digital tools for demonstrations and reporting.
