About the role

We are looking for motivated Referral Partners – Consultants & Agencies to help expand our embedded finance solutions across Africa. This remote, commission‑based position is ideal for professionals who enjoy connecting businesses with cutting‑edge financial technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential client opportunities throughout Africa.
• Introduce Mansar’s embedded finance services to prospective businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support solution adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong networking, business development, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Experience in consulting, agency operations, or related fields.
• Good understanding of the fintech and embedded finance sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Access to a broad network of potential business clients in Africa.
