Sales Representative – IT Solutions

About the role

Join DAVA TECHNOLOGY as a Sales Representative focused on IT solutions. You will work across departments to develop and sell disruptive products, supporting the company’s growth in Rwanda and the wider African region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets for IT solutions and services.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, generating high‑quality leads through various channels.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends, competitor activity, and growth sectors.
• Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their processes, challenges, and technical requirements.
• Develop and deliver tailored presentations and demos of DAVA TECHNOLOGY’s solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create competitive proposals and manage the sales pipeline from contact to closure.
• Provide bi‑weekly reports on market dynamics, competitor strategies, and sector trends.
• Represent the brand at conferences, trade shows, and technology events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with 3–4 years in IT solutions sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a “get it done” attitude.

Required skills

• Experience selling ERP solutions, preferably Odoo ERP.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and cloud services.
