Sales Attendant

About the role

The Sales Attendant will welcome customers, provide product information, and guide clients in selecting skincare, cosmetics, and supplements that match their needs. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kigali City, Rwanda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product displays and ensure shelves are well‑stocked.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash, POS operation, and product presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and monitor stock levels.
• Support promotional activities and in‑store campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clear communication.
• Interest or knowledge in skincare, cosmetics, and wellness products.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple customers and store operations.
• Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Reliability, professional appearance, and ability to stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Basic sales and retail skills, including cash handling and POS operation.
