Sales Assistant

About the role

Blackbuck, a provider of professional espresso machines and related services in Rwanda, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Manager. The role involves assisting customers in the showroom, prospecting new clients, and managing sales and rental processes from initial contact to delivery across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers visiting the showroom on coffee equipment solutions.
• Prospect and build a portfolio of cafés, hotels, and office clients nationwide.
• Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements for espresso machines and grinders.
• Coordinate deliveries and installations with the technical service team.
• Maintain follow‑up communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in French or English.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and presenting product information.
• Independent, organized, reliable and eager to learn the product range.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheet use.
