Program Management (PM) Officer

About the role

Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited, a transport and logistics company based in Kigali's Special Economic Zone and part of the MSC group, is looking for a Program Management (PM) Officer. The role oversees and analyses the performance of logistics and supply chain services for global and key accounts across Africa, ensuring delivery meets contractual commitments and client requirements while driving continuous quality improvement through centralised reporting and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse service performance against targets, identify root causes of failures and assign responsibility (internal, client or third party).
• Develop and share performance dashboards (monthly/quarterly) and create KPIs tailored to client industries and contracts.
• Investigate and challenge reasons for performance failures to ensure transparency and objectivity.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to harmonise automated reporting across countries.
• Work with heads of Vertical Markets and Regional Account Managers to review performance regularly and gather client feedback.
• Support the sales team during tenders and contract finalisation by defining measurable KPIs and realistic targets.
• Promote awareness of performance management within the network and report monthly to HQ on issues and challenges by country and key account.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree (Bac +3/5).
• 2 years of experience in transport and logistics.
• Autonomous, adaptable and proactive; agile and solution-oriented.
