About the role

The People Operations Specialist role is new at Spark Microgrants. Based in Kigali, Rwanda (with consideration for candidates in Kampala, Uganda), the role will reshape global people operations administration, ensuring the team has the structure, tools, and processes needed to enable their work.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with teams across countries to align people operations activities.
Lead the implementation of processes and projects that support the organization’s mission.

Required profile

High degree of proactivity, organization, and a process‑mindset.
Experience in Operations and/or HR within a fast‑paced environment.
