Alumni Relationship Fellow (Kigali)

About the role

ALX Africa is looking for an Alumni Relationship Fellow to strengthen connections with its graduate community in Kigali. You will engage alumni, capture their career aspirations, and help them benefit from the ALX network.

Key responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Understand alumni career goals, skills, and interests.
• Data Mapping: Collect, organize and maintain alumni data to generate insights.
• Strategic Outreach: Proactively engage alumni to reinforce their connection to the community and share opportunities.
• Event Planning & Execution: Organise networking sessions, professional development events and community gatherings.
• Data Reporting: Keep accurate records of alumni profiles, interactions and engagement activities.
• Talent Data Analysis: Analyse alumni data to identify trends that inform programming and partnership decisions.
