职位概况

负责Kigali万豪酒店的人力资源整体管理，直接向酒店总经理汇报，参与酒店执行委员会，制定并执行HR战略，支持业务目标。

主要职责

制定并落实酒店人力资源战略、人才招聘、接班人计划及绩效管理。
推动敬业度调查，实施多元化人才管理。
监督薪酬策略，管理myHR系统使用。
参与酒店业主会议，提供人力资源数据与分析。

任职要求

获得人力资源、工商管理或相关专业的学士学位。
至少2-4年人力资源或运营管理经验。
具备人才招聘、绩效管理及员工培养经验。
能够独立工作并制定符合业务目标的流程。

必备技能

熟悉myHR系统或类似HR信息系统。
