Manager, Mobilization and Registration

About the role

The Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) is looking for a strategic Manager, Mobilization and Registration to drive member acquisition, registration, and savings activation across the country. Reporting to the Head of EjoHeza, the role translates growth strategies into measurable outcomes through field mobilization, digital onboarding, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead nationwide member acquisition, registration, and savings activation initiatives.
• Implement customer value management (CVM) and data‑driven growth projects.
• Coordinate field mobilization and digital onboarding to achieve performance targets.
• Engage stakeholders, strengthen partnerships, and ensure operational excellence.
• Leverage data and business intelligence to improve performance and expand social protection coverage.

Required profile

• Strong leadership experience in large‑scale operations.
• Expertise in financial inclusion or similar sectors.
• Proven ability to deliver growth through data‑driven decision‑making and stakeholder collaboration.
