Manager, Coverage Expansion & Social Security Products

About the role

The Manager, Coverage Expansion & Social Security Products will lead the design, launch and scaling of innovative social security products aimed at increasing coverage among underserved and non‑traditional workers in Rwanda. The role combines product innovation, partnership development and data‑driven decision‑making to advance financial inclusion and the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies that expand social security coverage.
• Identify and engage strategic partners to broaden reach and improve service delivery.
• Leverage digital solutions and data analytics to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product rollout and scaling.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust initiatives to meet coverage targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in financial services or social protection.
• Strong understanding of underserved markets and non‑traditional worker segments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
