About the role

The Lead, Registration & Savings is a strategic and operational position responsible for growing membership, increasing savings contributions, and enhancing member engagement through data‑driven insights. Reporting to senior management, the role oversees registration, onboarding, savings operations, and performance analytics while leading a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digital registration and improve activation rates for new members.
• Manage onboarding processes, savings operations, and customer value management.
• Ensure data quality, perform reconciliations, and generate performance analytics.
• Strengthen operational controls and monitor partner service levels.
• Use business intelligence to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
• Lead and develop two direct reports and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Background in finance, economics, data analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in financial operations, customer lifecycle management, or savings/pension administration.
• Proven ability to make data‑driven decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
