HRIS Helpdesk Specialist

About the role

Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited, a transport and logistics company based in the Kigali Special Economic Zone, is looking for an HRIS Helpdesk Specialist (KSSC) in Kigali. The role is full-time and permanent, supporting HR 4YOU users (employees, managers and HR/payroll functions) with day-to-day questions about the HRIS portal.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user requests such as internal service tickets and urgent phone calls from HR 4YOU users
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 incidents such as login issues, password resets and portal navigation problems
• Explain and guide users on daily use of HR 4YOU, such as payslips, leave requests, updating personal data and certificate requests
• Record and document requests and incidents in the internal ticketing system, and qualify requests needing higher-level intervention
• Contribute to the user support knowledge base, collect feedback and improve the user experience
• Take part in IT/HRIS monitoring, produce Level 1 KPIs and report data inconsistencies

Required profile

• At least 4 years in payroll and HR administration, including payroll, post-payroll processes, organizational charts and self-service tools
• Initial experience with at least one HR/payroll/time and attendance system (SAP HCM, HR Access, Workday, SuccessFactors, Horoquartz, Kelio, etc.)
• Initial experience in an HRIS project; previous similar experience is an advantage
• Strong customer service mindset, excellent communication and writing skills, and good office tool proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
