HR Data Automation & Reporting Manager (KSSC)

About the role

Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited, based in the Kigali Special Economic Zone, is looking for an HR Data Automation & Reporting Manager (KSSC) in Kigali, Rwanda. The role designs, develops and deploys automated HR processes to make HR data management and group reporting more reliable, simpler and faster, reducing manual work and supporting the digital transformation of the HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Identify manual, recurring or complex HR processes and design end-to-end automated solutions, including data flows between HR systems and reporting tools
• Reduce operational risks linked to manual handling and formalize documented, scalable processes
• Define data quality rules and automated quality checks, working with local HR teams to improve data at source
• Build automated HR reports and dynamic dashboards in Power BI (DAX, data modeling) and advanced Excel (Power Query, macros)
• Centralize and consolidate multi-country HR data, ensuring traceability from source to output
• Collaborate with local HR, IT/data and Group HR teams, train users and contribute to tool deployment projects

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Data, Information Systems, HR, Analytics or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in automation, HR data, reporting or analytics
• Fluent English; French and other languages are a plus
• Solution-oriented, analytical and autonomous, able to explain technical concepts to HR teams
• Experience in a Shared Services Centre or international group setting is a plus
