HR Social Control & Reporting Specialist (KSSC)

About the role

Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited, based in the Kigali Special Economic Zone, is hiring a permanent HR Social Control & Reporting Specialist for its Kigali Shared Service Centre. The role ensures the quality, reliability and consistency of HR data across the Group's systems and entities, consolidates workforce data, produces HR reports and dashboards, and monitors the billing of employee benefits such as healthcare, insurance and retirement.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, completeness and consistency of HR data across systems (Community, Enablon, SESAME) and define data standards with local HR teams
• Consolidate HR and workforce data and produce monthly, quarterly and annual social/workforce reports, analysing headcount, movements, absenteeism and labour costs
• Design and maintain HR reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI, serving Group HR, Finance and local teams
• Review and validate billing of healthcare, insurance and pension plans, reconcile invoices with HR data and contracts, and follow up discrepancies
• Contribute to process automation and reporting improvements in the SSC, including data flows and Excel automation
• Work with local HR teams, Finance and external providers, and support training on reporting tools

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Finance, Controlling, Data Analytics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a Shared Services Centre or international environment is a plus
• Fluent English; French or other languages are a plus

• Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboards)
• Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, confidentiality and ability to work autonomously in a multi-country setting
