Hospitality Manager

About the role

The Hospitality Manager ensures that guests and visitors to Hope Haven’s campuses receive a welcoming, professional, and high‑quality experience from arrival through departure. This role leads the Hospitality Team and coordinates accommodation, meals, schedules, and special requests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and schedule the Hospitality Team, ensuring consistent service standards.
• Manage guest experience, including welcoming visitors, handling requests, and coordinating tours.
• Oversee accommodation facilities, ensuring rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and secure.
• Collaborate with the Chef to plan menus, accommodate dietary needs, and control hospitality supplies.
• Coordinate guest schedules, events, transportation, and inter‑departmental support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant hospitality or guest‑service experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with international visitors, senior leaders, donors or high‑profile guests.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
