About the role
The General Manager leads Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre Kigali, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and commercial success. This senior position balances strategic planning with hands‑on operational oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the hotel masterplan with a focus on guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and commercial results.
- Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and uphold brand reputation.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage the hotel budget, monitor financial performance, and report to the Regional Director.
- Lead a diverse team, fostering an inclusive culture and continuous learning.
