About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager II-B is responsible for overseeing all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service operations at the Four Points by Sheraton in Kigali. The role ensures guest and employee satisfaction while meeting financial targets and complying with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, manage and monitor budgets, cost‑control indices and financial plans for all F&B departments.
- Lead and supervise the F&B team, handling day‑to‑day operations, staffing, coaching and performance reviews.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure banquet standards exceed expectations.
- Conduct HR activities including performance management, training, and fostering a fair‑treatment culture.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food & beverage laws, regulations and industry best practices.
