Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service areas. The role ensures guest and employee satisfaction while meeting financial targets and complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and manages budgets, cost‑control measures and financial plans for the Food & Beverage department.
• Leads and supervises the Food & Beverage team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Delivers exceptional customer service, handling guest concerns promptly and ensuring banquet and service standards exceed expectations.
• Conducts human‑resource activities such as performance reviews, coaching, mentoring and training programs.
• Ensures compliance with corporate accounting procedures, maintains effective departmental communication and logs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of relevant experience, or a two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or Business Administration with at least two years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage laws, regulations and industry best practices.
