Business Development & Integration Manager

About the role

The Business Development & Integration Manager will lead the creation, testing, and rollout of cost‑effective marketing products and sales strategies for a global non‑profit focused on vulnerable children. This senior position works closely with senior leadership, the COO, and the Board to drive growth, improve product offerings, and ensure client protection.

Key responsibilities

• Design, pilot, and refine marketing products and loan/deposit services for target markets.
• Develop compelling names, packaging, and prospectuses for investors, donors, and credit providers.
• Supervise awareness campaigns (newsletters, radio ads, posters, press releases) and conduct customer satisfaction, competition, and market surveys.
• Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and quarterly budget reviews.
• Coordinate press releases and media relations on behalf of the organization.
• Lead brand‑identity improvements, including logo, colour palette, and promotional materials.
• Define and execute sales strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and monitor market competition.
• Ensure financial products reach target clients (poor women with children, area programs) while maintaining institutional sustainability.
• Implement client protection policies to prevent over‑indebting and ensure respectful service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales within a micro‑finance or non‑profit environment.
• Strong track record of product development, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with senior management and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and media relations.
