Mechanical Construction Manager (Plumbing & HVAC)

About the role

The Mechanical Construction Manager will lead the preparation and execution of mechanical projects, focusing on plumbing and HVAC systems. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures that project plans align with technical specifications and that performance is monitored to meet financial and scheduling targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define activity plans and allocate human resources according to technical requirements.
• Oversee on‑site execution of plumbing and HVAC works.
• Conduct monthly performance analyses against contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical project or site management.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, planning and organizational abilities.
• High accuracy, reliability and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
