MEP Maintenance Technician (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive MEP Maintenance Technician to organise, monitor and supervise on‑site maintenance activities. Working closely with the Maintenance Management team, you will coordinate human and material resources to deliver planned work on time, with quality and optimal resource use.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily maintenance tasks on site.
• Coordinate human and material resources in line with the defined work plan.
• Ensure all activities meet quality standards and are completed within agreed deadlines.
• Monitor resource utilisation and propose optimisation measures.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Management team to align work with overall maintenance strategy.

Required profile

• 12th grade education or vocational technical training in Building Electrotechnics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to travel or be mobile as required.
