About the role
The Procurement Technician will manage on‑site procurement activities, ensuring that services and materials are sourced efficiently and in line with project specifications. This role involves close collaboration with project teams to understand technical needs and drive successful negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all on‑site procurement processes from requisition to award.
- Analyze technical specifications and requirements for each purchase.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and service providers.
- Make award decisions based on cost, quality, and compliance criteria.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure alignment with company policies.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement or similar roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong command of MS Office applications.
