Technical Assistance Success Specialist (Fixed-term)

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Technical Assistance Success Specialist on a fixed‑term basis to strengthen the impact of its technical assistance programmes in Rwanda. The specialist will ensure that assistance is closely aligned with the needs of farmer investees, with a focus on youth and young women.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data on technical assistance needs and outcomes.
• Design and implement initiatives that target youth and young women farmers.
• Conduct needs assessments and produce feedback reports to shape TA strategy.
• Collaborate with programme teams to integrate TA findings into project planning.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of TA interventions.

Required profile

• Experience working in agricultural development or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of gender‑focused programming.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and translate data into actionable recommendations.
