Senior Innovation Associate

About the role

Spark Microgrants is looking for a Senior Innovation Associate to work closely with the Chief Innovation Officer and the Innovation team. The role focuses on bringing more resources and decision‑making to the village level through partnerships with multilateral institutions such as the World Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to frame new opportunities and build sector‑wide coalitions.
• Own and maintain the systems and relationships that keep the Innovation team ahead of emerging trends.
• Take projects from idea to implementation, blending research, project management and communication.
• Represent the team’s thinking to senior partners and external stakeholders.

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, ensuring nothing drops.
• Curious and eager to learn, turning new knowledge into practical solutions.
