Senior Accounting & Tax Advisor

About the role

Visions Africa is looking for a Senior Accounting & Tax Advisor to deliver high‑quality accounting and tax advisory services to our local and international clients. You will ensure compliance with tax regulations while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting and tax advisory services that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and networking.
• Stay up‑to‑date with tax laws in Rwanda and other client jurisdictions.
• Contribute to service‑quality improvements through training initiatives and internal reviews.
• Customize service offerings to enhance client satisfaction and support company growth.
• Achieve personal performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required profile

• Qualified CPA, ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, tax or audit.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of major ERP systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP.
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP.
