Quantity Surveyor (m/f)

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will support economic planning, procurement and staffing by preparing accurate quantity surveying sheets. You will work closely with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure proper invoicing and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quantity surveying sheets for economic planning, procurement and staffing.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure correct invoicing to the client.
• Determine actual workload for each contract task and track progress.
• Conduct monthly surveys of completed work and draft surveying reports.
• Collaborate with site engineers to align surveying data with project schedules.

Required profile

• Professional training in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Knowledge of contract and customer management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
