About the role

We are seeking a Planning and Cost Control Technician to support planning, scheduling, cost engineering, resource planning and management reporting for large international construction projects.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate project cost and resource performance on a weekly and monthly basis and prepare reports.
Analyze costs and revenues and organize cost‑control progress reports.
Support planning, scheduling and controls, as well as resource planning and control.
Forecast project plans and provide management reporting.

Required profile

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project planning, controls and cost control, preferably on large international construction projects.

Required skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Project.
Experience with Candy‑CCS cost‑control software.
