Proposal Development Expert (Remote Contract)

About the role

Epsilon Innovation Group Inc. is seeking a remote Proposal Development Expert on a contract basis. You will lead the creation of high‑impact proposals that respond to RFPs across climate, energy, and environmental sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle from initial brief to final submission.
• Write persuasive, evidence‑based proposals tailored to client RFP requirements.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on‑time submission.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather technical inputs.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance with proposal guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in proposal management, writing, and RFP response.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in project management and team coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organization.
• Knowledge of climate change, energy, environmental sustainability, or policy analysis is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
