- Work with engineering, UX, QA and business teams on technical feasibility and requirements alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and drive delivery against sprint objectives, managing dependencies, risks and blockers.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, business validation, stakeholder sign-off, production releases and post-implementation support.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and support warehouse management, last-mile delivery, cold chain, dashboards and mobile app solutions.
- Monitor product performance with KPIs and customer feedback, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- 5-8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar technology product delivery role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience managing digital products and working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and coordinating SIT, UAT, sign-off and releases.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Required skills
- Product management, SDLC, digital and technical product management; Agile/Scrum.
- Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha! or Trello.
