Digital Transformation Project Leader

About the role

AGL (Africa Global Logistics), a multimodal logistics operator now part of the MSC Group, is recruiting a Digital Transformation Project Leader for its Kigali Shared Service Center (KSSC), established in 2025. The role leads digital transformation initiatives and supports business units with agile, innovative digital solutions such as web and mobile apps, cloud and RPA automation, chatbots, generative AI and data visualization reports. The company describes the person as a passionate, self-taught junior project leader.

Key responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and analysis: work with internal clients to understand and formalize their needs, and turn business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Project management: plan and manage projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines, budgets and quality standards, and coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Product ownership: define and prioritize the product backlog and ensure solutions match client expectations and the group's digital strategy.
• Team coordination and agile facilitation: lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives, and support developers daily.
• Quality assurance: oversee testing and user acceptance testing, and set performance and quality indicators for deployed solutions.
