Digital Transformation Officer

About the role

Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited, a transport and logistics company incorporated under Rwandan law and based in the Kigali Special Economic Zone, is looking for a Digital Transformation Officer. The role leads digital transformation initiatives across the organization, develops and implements digital strategies, collaborates with departments to integrate digital solutions, trains staff on new systems and manages digital projects from conception to completion. It is a permanent, full-time position based in Kigali.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Write technical specifications and define application architectures.
• Design, develop and test solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio).
• Use Azure services to add advanced features and integrate complex systems.
• Maintain and optimize existing solutions and document processes and solutions.
• Participate in technological monitoring and suggest continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in enterprise software development.
• Knowledge of development frameworks such as .NET, React and Angular.

• C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL
• Visual Studio, Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Good understanding of databases and cloud services (Azure) recommended
