About the role

The Post Graduate Admissions Manager leads recruitment and admissions for African Leadership University's postgraduate portfolio, focusing on the Executive MBA programme and future offerings. Reporting to the VP of Enrolment, the role blends strategic recruitment planning with hands‑on admissions management for domestic and international professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for the EMBA and other postgraduate programmes across domestic and international markets.
• Manage, coach, and develop a Postgraduate Admissions Associate, setting performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
• Own tuition revenue targets, track fee‑paying enrollment against financial projections, and identify pipeline risks early.
• Engage prospective students, senior executives, and corporate partners to promote transformational education.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in higher‑education admissions, recruitment, or executive education sales.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to develop junior team members.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting revenue or enrollment targets.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior professionals and corporate stakeholders.
