Planning Manager (m/f)

About the role
The Planning Manager will oversee the monitoring, planning and economic control of large‑scale construction projects in Rwanda. Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure that work plans meet technical, legal and timeline requirements, contributing directly to project success.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and control costs and schedules.
- Develop and adjust work plans in line with superior guidelines and legal standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align economic and technical planning.
- Guarantee execution of work within defined deadlines and regulatory frameworks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- 10+ years of planning experience on large‑scale construction projects.
- Direct experience with high‑rise, mixed‑use developments.
- Project experience in Africa is preferred.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
