Odoo Developer & System Administrator

About the role

Fortico Group is seeking an Odoo Systems Administrator & Developer to own and expand its ERP system across multiple business units. You will work closely with the founding team and an implementation partner to design, configure, and maintain Odoo for real‑estate, manufacturing, and hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the Odoo environment across several companies and entities.
• Collaborate with the implementation partner during rollout and transition the system to internal management.
• Map existing business processes, design configurations, and develop custom modules where needed.
• Handle day‑to‑day administration: user roles, access rights, data integrity, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Train colleagues, ensure proper system usage, and document configurations for future maintainability.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Odoo, covering both configuration and development.
• Degree in IT, computer science, or a related technical field is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working through complex operational processes and translating them into the ERP.
