Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead

About the role

Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited, a transport and logistics company based in Kigali, Rwanda, is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Technical Lead. The role combines three dimensions: expert knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure, ownership of target architectures and security, and hands-on leadership of a distributed development team. It is a permanent, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-stack solution architecture across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Azure, balancing configuration, low code, custom development and Azure services.
• Act as technical reference for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement workloads, challenging extensions, data models, security roles, integration constraints and licensing assumptions.
• Define engineering standards for Power Platform apps, flows, connectors, PCF components and plugins, and run architecture and code reviews.
• Design and review integrations with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault and REST APIs.
• Lead developers and technical contributors, assign work, mentor team members and stay hands-on on prototypes and troubleshooting.
• Own the application lifecycle across development, UAT and production, including solution segmentation, deployment, source control, pipelines and rollback readiness with Azure DevOps and Power Platform pipelines.

Required profile

• Diploma and minimum 5 years in the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure).
• Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise applications, with hands-on low-code and pro-code delivery.
• Experience leading or supervising distributed teams and third-party partners, and handling complex integrations and legacy ALM issues.
• Comfortable across all project phases, from discovery and architecture to go-live and support.
