MEP Maintenance Engineer (m/f) – Coordination & Planning

About the role

We are looking for an MEP Maintenance Engineer (m/f) to lead and coordinate our maintenance teams across Rwanda. The role focuses on planning, monitoring and ensuring the smooth execution of mechanical, electrical and plumbing maintenance activities. The engineer will work closely with operations to guarantee reliability, safety and compliance of all building services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams to deliver daily tasks efficiently.
• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive maintenance plans.
• Oversee the progress and operational dynamics of all maintenance works.
• Ensure mobility and availability for site visits as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating maintenance teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong leadership, initiative, accuracy, planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a mobile environment across multiple sites.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Technical knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Technical knowledge of electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
