Lecturer – Enterprises Management (Taxation)

About the role

The Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri invites applications for a full‑time Lecturer position in the Department of Enterprises. The role focuses on teaching and research in Taxation, economics, management or accounting and supports the Master’s program in Taxation.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses and supervise student projects in the relevant fields.
• Assist the Head of Department with curriculum development, academic leadership and other departmental activities.
• Contribute to research activities and publish in national or international academic journals.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Taxation, economics, management or accounting with at least two years of teaching or consultancy experience.
• Demonstrated research record with publications in recognized journals.
• Experience in curriculum development, academic leadership and leveraging new technologies for teaching.
• Strong collaborative, communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Willingness to support and advance the Master’s program in Taxation.
