About the role

We are looking for a motivated Immigration Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Kigali. The role focuses on consulting clients on immigration solutions and driving sales of our specialized services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients, assess their immigration needs, and promote and sell our exclusive immigration services.
• Collaborate with the immigration team to ensure smooth processing of applications and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration laws.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and provide accurate advice to clients.
• Establish and maintain professional client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Work closely with lawyers and paralegals, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
