Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Country Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO. The role focuses on driving business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation for Letshego Rwanda through effective sales leadership and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets, expand loan portfolio, and identify new market opportunities.
• Lead branch and field sales teams, set KPIs, and monitor performance to ensure profitability and revenue objectives.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and social media activities, and ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Collaborate with credit and collections teams to maintain portfolio quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Finance or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within financial services, banking or micro‑finance.
• Proven track record in business development, team leadership and managing sales targets.
