Group Internal Controller

About the role

Join Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited as a Group Internal Controller, working within a growing internal control team that spans the Group’s headquarters in France and its African subsidiaries. You will support the Group Chief Financial Officer by assessing and strengthening internal control frameworks across roughly 200 entities, primarily in Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in internal control reviews and audit assignments for AGL subsidiaries.
• Identify risks and recommend improvements to governance, self‑assessment campaigns, tools, and processes.
• Assist subsidiaries in implementing anti‑corruption compliance measures in line with the French Sapin II law.
• Lead or support additional internal‑control projects such as acquisition due diligence, fraud audits, and other process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC +5 equivalent) specializing in Internal Control, Audit, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate risks and propose actionable solutions.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is advantageous.
