Graduate Trainee - Investment Support Associate

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our Investment/Lending team for a 7‑month traineeship. The role offers hands‑on experience in loan operations, data management and compliance within a fast‑moving, resource‑constrained environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process loan repayments and disbursements in the loan management system.
• Review and update loan schedules to maintain accuracy.
• Follow up on failed or bounced transactions and support timely resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date loan records, borrower information and transaction data.
• Assist with data filing and ensure records are audit‑ready.
• Support reconciliation activities by identifying and resolving unmatched repayments.
• Prepare and manage insurance documentation in coordination with insurance partners.
• Ensure loan and insurance documentation complies with internal standards.
• Collaborate with Investment, Recovery and Finance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
