Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist (Non-Key Expert)

About the role
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost) and seeks a highly qualified Non‑Key Expert to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across programme activities, ensuring inclusive participation, gender‑responsive implementation and equitable access to opportunities generated through Africa‑EU space cooperation.
Required profile
- University degree at Master’s level in gender studies, social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion or inclusive development in international cooperation.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and applying gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes, including gender analysis, sex‑disaggregated indicators, inclusive stakeholder participation, training and gender‑responsive communication.
