Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will support day‑to‑day execution of general ledger processes, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting and discrepancy resolution for the organization. This full‑time, onsite position is based at KN 3 Avenue in Kigali and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting projects and SOP audits across all property areas.
• Generate accurate and timely financial reports, presentations and analyses.
• Balance credit‑card ledgers, reconcile accounts and verify contracts, including credit reference checks when needed.
• Monitor taxes, document profits and losses, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard assets and support period‑end close processes.
• Provide guidance to other units on accounting and budgeting policies.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (no experience required), OR
• 2‑year degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Account balancing and ledger reconciliation.
• Financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
