About the role
Join RSSB’s digital transformation journey as an Executive Advisor to the Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO). You will partner with the CTIO to drive strategic execution across Engineering, Product, Enterprise Solutions, and Infrastructure teams, turning vision into measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable, measurable results for technology functions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and ensure alignment across multiple teams.
- Improve delivery performance by identifying and removing operational bottlenecks.
- Provide data‑driven insights to support executive decision‑making.
- Facilitate communication between technology leaders and business stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in digital delivery and technology program management.
- Strong background working in Agile environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead complex transformation initiatives.
- Experience in fast‑paced technology organisations, digital factories, or large‑scale transformation programmes.
