Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure technology solutions meet business objectives. The role gathers, analyses, and documents requirements, evaluates processes, and provides data‑driven insights to deliver value and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to elicit, document, and analyse functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align objectives, manage expectations, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Design and document optimized business processes, support change management, and recommend improvements aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Collect, validate, and interpret data to identify trends, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Work with QA teams to develop test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria, participate in functional, regression, and user‑acceptance testing, and support end‑users during implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of business analysis experience, including project management, and at least 2 years working with relational databases.

Required skills

• Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of mobile infrastructure, internet technologies, e‑commerce and e‑payment platforms.
• Experience with robotics process automation.
